Upon getting the keys to my resale flat, I engaged M/s 122 Exquisite Interiors to have a look at my place and to give a quote. Ms Helen Chia, from M/s 122 Exquisite Interior was very friendly, prompt and professional, she asked important questions like the style/feel of my home I like, what can be salvaged/reused and most importantly the budget as well. With the information, she set about working on the quote.

Once M/s 122 Exquisite Interiors’ proposal was accepted and the paperwork cleared, Helen worked like a woman possessed. As I was held up at work all the time, Helen took the initiative to arrange for me to select the paint scheme, laminates etc, tiles selection and the kitchen & bathroom accessories selection. Many a times, when I was stuck deciding between 2 colours/shapes, Helen weighs in her professional view, which was very good indeed.

I even consulted Helen on what types of lights should I get for the living room and the bathrooms and what sort of furnitures will blend in. Her suggestions also me save some money on the renovation by telling me to get mirrors from IKEA which is half of the price sold at the shops.

I was also very impressed by the professionalism of Helen of M/s 122 Exquisite Interior. She rushed down to the supplier’s showroom, fearing the worst, when she did not get any answer to her calls on the delivery timing. Fortunately, it was a misunderstanding, but it showed her dedication to her customers. M/s 122 Exquisite Interior also took care to put up corrugated paper to protect the work place during the renovation. The completed outcome is beyond my imagination, turned out much better than I thought.
